This Privacy Policy explains how afiliado-trend (“the App”), operated by the owner of Trusted Finds Hub (https://trustedfindshub.store), accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects data obtained through Google APIs, in particular the Google Ads API.

1. Who we are The App is an internal software tool built and used only by the owner of Trusted Finds Hub, an independent product review website. The App is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and is not used by any other person or company.

2. Google user data the App accesses The App connects to the Google Ads API only on behalf of the Google Ads account owned by Trusted Finds Hub. Through the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), it accesses:

  • Keyword planning data: keyword ideas, historical monthly search volume, competition level and estimated cost per click (bid ranges).
  • Reporting data from the owner’s own campaigns: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, clicks, impressions, cost, conversions and quality score. The App does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, location or any personal information of end users. It does not access any Google account other than the owner’s own advertising account.

3. How the App uses this data The data is used only to:

  • research keywords and decide which products to review and advertise;
  • measure and improve the performance of the owner’s own Google Ads campaigns. The data is not used for advertising to individuals, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to managing the owner’s own campaigns.

4. Sharing and transfer Data obtained from Google APIs is not sold, rented, shared with or transferred to any third party. It is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models offered to others.

5. Storage and security Data is stored in a private database (hosted on Supabase) and in a private code repository, both accessible only to the owner and protected by authentication and encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never published.

6. Retention and deletion Keyword and report data is kept only while it is useful for campaign analysis. The owner can delete stored data at any time. Access of the App to the Google Ads account can be revoked at any time in Google Ads (Admin > Access and security) or in the Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). To request deletion of any data, contact us at the email below.

7. Limited Use disclosure The App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Cookies The App itself does not use cookies or tracking technologies. This page does not collect personal data.

9. Changes Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
